Three years later, in 1998, the ambitious Gurdev was placed in the top one percent of REALTORS® and, since 2002, he continues to be the # 1 REALTORS® for all of Vancouver East – not just because of the total units he sold, but also because of the total dollar value of homes he has bought and sold.
From the very beginning of his career, Gurdev has worked hard to ensure his spot every consecutive as a member of the Medallion Club of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.Medallion Club members are those sales people representing the top 10 percent of salespeople in the Real Estate Board based on volume and/ or units sold in a particular year. Understanding the art of selling in Gurdev’s specialty. His knack for matching the right buyer to the right home has resulted in remarkable sales achievements. In 1999, he sold 103 homes. By 2002m that figure rose to 165 homes, over 25 million dollars in volume. In 2003, it climbed once again to 211 homes, over 38 million dollars in volume. In 2004, he sold 204 homes, over 39 million dollars in volume, and he continues to maintain his position as the top agent for the area.
It is here Gurdev honed his talents and skills. He formed his company, Sutton Gurdev Sandhu Realty, with experienced and highly qualified REALTORS® who work together under his supervision. His hardworking and devoted group include his brother Dalbir (Dale) Sandhu, Walter Mielke, and Pawan Dhaliwal, all certified REALTORS® who help with the workload and are very capable of dealing with all types of property, including a wide array of residential, commercial, and land developements in the real estate industry.
